I observed that this brand's designs seem to be lifted from various other brands, particularly skateboard logos. By the way, does Alpine Hemp offer any products made in the USA, or is it all stuff from China?

I want to start by saying I've been a dedicated customer for a long while. While some folks use CBD to chill out or whatever, I rely on it for medical reasons. It's been a key part of my journey to get clean, and I use it to manage severe anxiety, cPTSD, chronic pain, gut issues, and a seizure disorder. My daily dose is 75mg, and I usually place two orders that add up to over $250 each month with Alpine Hemp. Recently, when I tried to order, they were totally out of stock on my usual product, which really bummed me out since I know what works for me. But hey, I thought I could make it work. I’ve been ordering every two weeks like clockwork to ensure I have enough time between running out and getting my new stuff. I can’t buy it all at once because I’m on a fixed income. I’ve stopped all my prescription meds for CBD, so the cash I can spend on it is what it is. It’s money I would’ve used on prescriptions that don’t help me nearly as much. Anyway, it’s been 9 days since I placed my order, and it hasn’t even shipped from ND yet. I reached out to Alpine to see what could be done, and they told me I’d have to wait another 15 days (which makes it a total of 23 days after it was supposed to arrive) before they’d even consider opening a ticket for it. I replied (since email is the only way to get in touch with them) explaining my situation and asking for options. They still haven’t gotten back to me, so now I’m planning to dispute the charge with my bank. This company doesn’t seem to get that some of us really depend on them - not everyone has endless cash, and there are CBD users who rely on it just to get by. This is something they need to grasp when they’re distributing a product that people take as medication.

This oil doesn’t come with any guidance on how to use it! I’ve given it a go twice, and both times it leaves me feeling breathless. I’ve attempted to contact customer service for several days, but every time I call, it connects, then just hangs up. It’s definitely not my phone acting up. What’s the deal with this?

I ran into a bit of trouble with the site deals. It was a tad confusing seeing three different discounts pop up one after another. I also faced some issues during checkout when it wouldn’t finalize my order due to a mismatched phone number, and there wasn’t even a box to input that info. Other than that, the website was decent.
